Submission of messages and pictures for University of Bristol virtual celebration events

We would really like to include some of your messages from you, the Class of 2020 to your peers, supporters and staff in the virtual celebration events.

You can submit your message and photo here. You might want to say what Bristol has meant to you, your favourite memories or a shout out of thanks to those that have helped you through! We welcome creative images and the best ones will get special mentions during the event.

If you would like to submit, please do so via the form below. These will be played during the virtual events and incorporated into the final video which will be shared with those who could not attend live.

Please ensure that you carefully select the Faculty event that you will be attending, or this could appear in the wrong event.

If you plan to attend two faculty events you will need to submit twice.

We reserve the right to not include any messages/ images that are inappropriate.

Data protection notice

Please note that this data is being handled by University of Bristol third-party contractors delivering these events – First Sight Media. This data will be used for the purposes of this live event only and your data will then be passed to the University of Bristol. The University will securely store the data and the messages will also be shared with students after the event, featured in the recordings of the event and may be in the public domain.

You agree to the use of your image and words in University of Bristol promotional media, worldwide, without restriction and in any format.
Examples include: prospectuses, leaflets, posters, newsletters, websites, social media and promotional videos.
