By Spring 2021 we will standing at a unique point in time where, whilst we continue to respond to the unprecedented challenges of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we will also start to gather momentum looking ahead to the challenges and opportunities for growing and developing the IAPT workforce to meet the mental health objectives of the NHS Long Term Plan.

The IAPT Leadership & Innovation Virtual Forum will provide the opportunity for clinical leaders; workforce representatives, commissioners, workforce planners and education providers from across the North of England collectively reflect on the unique situation of the Covid-19 Pandemic to consider key questions about the impact on IAPT services and the communities and individuals they serve.

By coming together as a community of practice from across the north of England we will collectively reflect on what we learned and what we take forward into a consensus statement and call to action which will champion the considerable expertise and innovation of IAPT services across the North of England.
